The arrangement looked exactly like the website and the delivery was prompt. Plus delivers the flowers with a smile. My favorite florist in Fort Wayne hands down.

Overall, I am pleased with the product. It arrived a little earlier than requested, and it does not look as good as the picture, but again, overall, I am pleased, and would probably order from you again.

Quick delivery (same day). Flowers were in nice condition and as advertised. Didn't expect the message to be handwritten, but a nice added bonus. Thank you!

I always pick the designer's choice and I have never been disappointed in the flowers received. My only criticism (and perhaps it's not something that they can easily control) is the price. I just don't think a nice vase of flowers delivered should cost $125.

I want you to know we are so thankful for long time customers like you. Unfortunately, during the holidays the prices from suppliers do increase. That is out of our control. Beyond that, all costs have been gradually rising over the past few years. I took that into account about 2 years ago and did have to raise prices across the website, but other than the annual holiday price increases, we held our prices steady since that time. We want to remain affordable, but a lot of costs go into running a small, locally owned business. So of course, we are so thankful for you!
